Journal Policies

Pre-submission Policy:

All the mandatory headings, word-count and grammatical soundness will be evaluated. Thus, the authors are expected to priorly review their own articles for technical and grammatical accuracy.

Peer-review Policy:

All the articles will be reviewed by two reviewers. Thus, they will be promptly provided with the review sheet comprising comments. After the review process authors are expected to incorporate the suggested changes accordingly which should be consistent with the reviewers’ comments.

Plagiarism Policy:

All the research articles should be unique and original, clearly highlighting the authors’ perspective along with evidence. Every article will be checked. The maximum plagiarism or similarity index tolerated by the journal is less than 15%, in order to maintain the credibility and authenticity of the research articles.

Complaint Policy:

All complaints will be responded to within 5-7 days, depending on the nature of the complaint.

Correction Policy:

Author should immediately connect the editorial team, if the author has identified any major or insignificant error in their research article. However, the decision will be taken according to the editorial and reviewers’ comments.

Copyright Policy:

All the submitted work will be protected under the copyright policy of RASS. All articles will have open access to the different articles. These articles will be affiliated with the RASS only. However, complete authorship and acknowledgement will be given to the relevant authors.
